Bioinformatics Trainer opening in the Center for Genome Research and Biocomputing

The Center for Genome Research and Biocomputing (CGRB) collaborates with and assists life and environmental scientists using cutting-edge genomic, computational and informatics technologies. We are an enthusiastic team of laboratory scientists, data and computer scientists, and researchers serving OSU and beyond. We are recruiting a new staff who will work closely with the OSU research community to provide a high quality of service and promote the CGRB’s mission of genomics and bioinformatics research and training. Bioinformatics Trainer (Faculty Research Assistant). This person will: (1) Train researchers at all levels, including those from industry, to use bioinformatics and biocomputing applications in research projects; and (2) Collaborate in research projects that require bioinformatics and biocomputing expertise.
